摘要：FrogHops 不要求账号，不向我们发送游戏进度，也不包含广告、追踪或第三方分析 SDK。Apple iCloud、可选的 Game Center、网站托管服务和你主动发送的客服邮件会按下述方式处理必要信息。
一、适用范围与运营者
本隐私政策适用于北京女娲城科技有限公司（以下简称“我们”）提供的 FrogHops iPhone 与 Apple Watch 应用及本静态网站。FrogHops 不要求注册开发者账号；Watch App 可独立运行。
隐私问题可发送至 support@nvwacity.com。
二、应用数据与本地存储
FrogHops 不通过开发者运营的服务器收集、上传或保存你的姓名、联系方式、位置、通讯录、照片、健康与健身、付款或广告标识符。应用不包含第三方广告、分析或崩溃报告 SDK，不进行跨应用追踪，也不建立或出售用户画像。
为了运行游戏，FrogHops 会在 iPhone 或 Apple Watch 的应用沙盒内保存：
- 声音、环境音、触觉、蓄力方式、减少动画、主题和语言等设置；
- 各模式的分数、跳跃、精准连中、关卡、本局花瓣、收集道具、金币余额和青蛙解锁进度；
- 恢复中断游戏所需的关卡快照，以及等待提交给 Game Center 的少量排行榜、挑战或成就进度。
这些数据不会发送到我们的服务器。FrogHops 不提供开发者账号；通过 Apple iCloud 键值存储及配对设备之间的 WatchConnectivity 在同一 Apple 账户的 iPhone 与 Apple Watch 之间合并最高已解锁关卡、最高纪录、累计跳跃、精准落点、旅程总分、收集道具、金币余额、已拥有的青蛙以及主题和青蛙选择。当前选择关卡、活跃局、声音、触觉、语言和辅助功能设置保持各端本地。应用不请求健康、定位、通讯录、相机、麦克风、照片、运动与健身、通知或广告追踪权限。Apple 服务按 Apple 的政策处理必要信息。
三、可选的 Game Center
如果你在 Apple 设备设置中启用 Game Center，FrogHops 可以通过 Apple 的 GameKit 框架提交各模式的排行榜成绩和成就进度、在 iPhone 上发起或接收好友挑战，并显示 Game Center 返回的信息。Apple Watch 不提供排行榜或好友挑战入口。玩家身份、排行、挑战、成就和相关数据由 Apple 运营，并按照 Apple 的条款与隐私政策处理。
FrogHops 不会把 Game Center 玩家标识复制到开发者账号、广告或远程分析系统。未登录、离线或 Game Center 不可用时，本地游戏仍可使用。你可以在 Apple 设备设置中管理 Game Center。
四、保留、删除与用户控制
- 本地游戏数据保留在相应设备的应用沙盒中，直至被正常游戏更新或应用被移除。
- 移除应用通常会删除相应设备上的本地数据；已写入 Apple iCloud 键值存储的合并进度可能在重新安装后由 Apple 服务恢复。
- 可在 Apple 账户的 iCloud 设置中管理可用的应用同步选项。系统与账户提供的控制项可能不同；关闭相关同步不会删除已有的云端数据。需要管理或删除 Apple 持有的数据时，请使用 Apple 的数据与隐私工具或联系 Apple 支持。
- Game Center 数据按 Apple 的保留和删除政策处理，可在 Apple 设置中管理。
由于我们不接收本地游戏数据，因此无法远程查看、导出、修改或恢复你的进度。网站日志和客服邮件的保留与请求方式见第六节。
五、未成年人
FrogHops 不通过开发者运营的服务故意收集儿童个人信息，也未作为 App Store 儿童类别应用设计。未成年人应在监护人指导下使用设备、App Store 和 Game Center。若你认为通过客服沟通向我们发送了未成年人个人信息，请联系我们处理。
六、本网站、客服邮件与隐私请求
本 FrogHops 网站是静态页面，不包含广告、分析脚本、追踪像素、账号登录或在线表单，页面本身不设置 Cookie。语言切换仅使用当前 URL 参数和浏览器语言，不建立用户画像。
网站托管服务商可能为内容传输、安全和故障排查处理 IP 地址、访问时间、请求地址、浏览器或系统类型及响应状态等基础日志。这些日志不会与游戏进度关联或用于广告，并在托管、安全或法律目的完成后删除或去标识化。
如果你主动发送支持邮件，我们会收到邮箱地址、邮件内容和附件，仅用于回复、排查问题、安全或法律义务，并在相关目的完成后删除或去标识化。请勿发送密码、完整 Game Center 凭据或不必要的敏感信息。
你可以发送邮件至 support@nvwacity.com，请求访问、更正或删除你在客服沟通中主动提供的信息，或就网站日志提出隐私问题。我们会在核实请求与适用法律要求后处理。我们无法代替 Apple 管理 Game Center 或 iCloud 数据，也无法访问保存在你设备上的游戏进度。
七、政策更新与联系我们
如果 FrogHops 的数据实践发生变化，我们会及时更新本政策、App Store 隐私披露和页面日期；重大变化可能通过应用更新说明或其他适当方式告知。

1. Scope and operator
This Privacy Policy applies to the FrogHops iPhone and Apple Watch apps and this static website, provided by NvwaCity Tech Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). FrogHops requires no developer account, and the Watch app can run independently.

2. App data and local storage
FrogHops does not use a developer-operated server to collect, upload, or retain your name, contact details, location, contacts, photos, health and fitness, payment, or advertising identifiers. The app contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDK and does not track users across apps or build or sell user profiles.
To run the game, FrogHops stores the following in the iPhone or Apple Watch app sandbox:
- sound, ambience, haptic, charge-control, Reduce Animations, theme, and language settings;
- scores for each mode, hops, precision streaks, levels, current-run petals, collectibles, gold balance, and frog unlocks; and
- an interrupted-level snapshot and a small queue of leaderboard, challenge, or achievement progress waiting for Game Center.
This information is not sent to our servers. FrogHops provides no developer account. Apple iCloud key-value storage and WatchConnectivity between paired devices merge the highest unlocked level, score records, cumulative hops, perfect landings, Journey score, collectibles, gold balance, owned frogs, theme, and frog selection between an iPhone and Apple Watch using the same Apple account. The selected current level, active run, sound, haptics, language, and accessibility settings remain local to each device. The app requests no Health, location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, motion and fitness, notification, or advertising-tracking permission. Apple services process necessary information under Apple’s policies.
3. Optional Game Center
If you enable Game Center in Apple device settings, FrogHops may use Apple’s GameKit framework to submit mode-specific leaderboard scores and achievement progress, send or receive friend challenges on iPhone, and display information returned by Game Center. Apple Watch has no leaderboard or friend challenge interface. Apple operates Game Center and processes player identity, rankings, challenges, achievements, and related information under Apple’s terms and Privacy Policy.
FrogHops does not copy Game Center player identifiers into a developer account, advertising, or remote analytics system. Local play remains available when you are signed out, offline, or Game Center is unavailable. You can manage Game Center in Apple device settings.
4. Retention, deletion, and user control
- Local game data remains in the applicable device’s app sandbox until normal gameplay replaces it or the app is removed.
- Removing the app generally removes local data from that device. Mergeable progress already written to Apple iCloud key-value storage may be restored by Apple services after reinstallation.
- Manage available app-sync options in your Apple account’s iCloud settings. Controls vary by system and account; disabling sync does not delete existing cloud data. Use Apple’s Data and Privacy tools or contact Apple Support to manage data held by Apple.
- Game Center information is retained and removed under Apple’s policies and can be managed in Apple settings.
Because we do not receive local game data, we cannot remotely view, export, modify, or recover your progress. Section 6 explains retention and requests for website logs and support email.
5. Children
FrogHops does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through a developer-operated service and is not designed as an App Store Kids Category app. Minors should use their device, the App Store, and Game Center with a parent or guardian. Contact us if you believe a child’s personal information was sent to us through a support conversation.
6. This website, support email, and privacy requests
This FrogHops website is static. It contains no advertising, analytics script, tracking pixel, account login, or online form, and the page itself sets no cookies. Language switching uses only the current URL parameter and browser language and does not build a user profile.
The hosting provider may process basic logs such as IP address, access time, requested URL, browser or operating-system type, and response status for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. These logs are not linked to gameplay progress or used for advertising and are deleted or de-identified when hosting, security, or legal purposes are complete.
If you email support, we receive the address, message, and attachments you provide and use them only to respond, investigate issues, maintain security, or meet legal obligations. We delete or de-identify them when those purposes are complete. Do not send passwords, full Game Center credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information.
You may email support@nvwacity.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you voluntarily provided in a support conversation, or to ask about website logs. We process verified requests as required by applicable law. We cannot manage Game Center or iCloud data on Apple’s behalf or access gameplay progress stored on your devices.
7. Changes and contact
If FrogHops data practices change, we will update this policy, the App Store privacy disclosures, and the date on this page. Material changes may also be described in app update notes or another appropriate notice.
