一、应用许可与安全使用
本条款是你与北京女娲城科技有限公司（以下简称“我们”）之间关于 FrogHops 应用及本网站的补充约定。FrogHops 通过 App Store 许可使用，而非出售。除非 App Store 产品页面另行展示有效的自定义 EULA，应用许可由 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议约束；如有冲突，以适用 EULA 和不可排除的法律规定为准。
未达到所在地区法定年龄的用户应取得监护人同意。游玩时请留意周围环境，不要在驾驶、过马路、操作设备或其他需要持续注意力的场景中使用 FrogHops。
二、购买与退款
FrogHops 采用一次性付费模式，不包含广告、订阅、应用内购买或付费虚拟货币。花瓣飞镖通过游玩获得，仅在本局内使用。金币和宝石只能通过游玩获得，其游戏内价值可兑换青蛙，不可购买、转让或兑换现金。显示价格、币种、税费和家庭共享资格以 App Store 购买页面为准。
购买由 Apple 处理，我们不接收完整付款卡信息。退款、撤销和购买记录按照 Apple 的媒体服务条款和当地强制性消费者保护规则处理；如需申请退款，请使用 Apple 购买问题与退款页面。
三、本地进度与可选 Game Center
FrogHops 的当前关卡、活跃局和设备设置保存在对应设备本地。FrogHops 不提供开发者账号；Apple iCloud 键值存储及配对设备间的 WatchConnectivity 会在使用同一 Apple 账户的 iPhone 与 Apple Watch 之间合并最高关卡、纪录、累计跳跃、收集道具、金币余额、已拥有的青蛙、主题与青蛙选择等进度。移除应用、抹掉设备、关闭 iCloud 或 Apple 服务不可用时，尚未完成合并的本地数据可能无法恢复。
当你启用 Apple Game Center 时，FrogHops 可以通过 GameKit 提交各模式的排行榜成绩和成就，并在 iPhone 上发起或接收好友挑战。Apple Watch 提供关卡、限时与无尽模式；排行榜与好友挑战入口位于 iPhone。Game Center 由 Apple 运营，受 Apple 的条款、隐私政策、账户状态、地区可用性和家长控制约束。离线或 Game Center 不可用不影响本地游玩。
四、使用规则与知识产权
你不得直接或协助他人：
- 绕过安全、签名、购买、排行榜或公平性控制，提交伪造或自动化成绩；
- 在适用法律不允许的范围内复制、出售、出租、再许可、反向工程、反编译或制作应用衍生版本；
- 提取或批量再分发应用素材，或干扰 FrogHops、Game Center、App Store 或他人设备的正常运行。
FrogHops 的代码、角色、动画、界面、插画、音频、文字和标识由我们或许可方拥有，并受适用知识产权法律保护。本许可不会向你转让这些内容的所有权。
五、更新、支持与责任
我们可能修复错误、优化平衡、增加内容、调整兼容性或发布新版本。更新可能需要较新的 iOS 或 watchOS。部分可选功能依赖 Apple 的 App Store、Game Center、网络或设备能力，可能因地区、账号、系统设置或服务状态而暂时不可用。
产品支持由我们通过 support@nvwacity.com 提供；Apple 没有义务提供维护或技术支持。在适用法律允许的范围内，我们不对无法控制的 Apple 服务中断、网络故障、用户误操作或未同步的本地进度作出超出法律要求的保证。你依法享有的强制性消费者权利不受影响。
六、隐私、变更与联系我们
我们的数据实践见 FrogHops 隐私政策。我们可能因功能或法律要求更新本条款，并修改页面日期。更新不会在法律禁止的范围内追溯削减你已经取得的消费者权利。
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。争议应先通过友好协商解决；协商不成的，在强制性法律允许范围内，提交北京女娲城科技有限公司所在地有管辖权的人民法院。你所在地区不可放弃的消费者保护与法定管辖权不受影响。

Please note: Unless a valid custom EULA is shown on the App Store product page, Apple’s Standard EULA governs the FrogHops app license. These Terms supplement the product, purchase, Game Center, and website rules for FrogHops. If they conflict, the applicable EULA and non-waivable law control.
1. App license and safe use
These Terms supplement the agreement between you and NvwaCity Tech Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for the FrogHops app and website. FrogHops is licensed through the App Store, not sold. Unless a valid custom EULA appears on the App Store product page, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement governs the app license. If these Terms conflict with the applicable EULA or mandatory law, the EULA or mandatory law controls.
Users below the legal age in their region must have permission from a parent or guardian. Stay aware of your surroundings and do not play while driving, crossing a road, operating equipment, or in another situation requiring continuous attention.
2. Purchase and refunds
FrogHops is offered as a one-time purchase and contains no advertising, subscription, in-app purchase, or paid virtual currency. Petal darts are earned through play and last only for the current run. Coins and gems are earned only through play; their in-game value can unlock frogs and cannot be purchased, transferred, or redeemed for money. The App Store purchase page controls displayed price, currency, taxes, and Family Sharing eligibility.
Apple processes the purchase; we do not receive complete payment-card information. Refunds, reversals, and purchase history are handled under Apple’s media-service terms and mandatory local consumer law. Request a refund through Apple’s purchase-support page.
3. Local progress and optional Game Center
FrogHops stores the selected current level, active run, and device settings locally on the applicable device. FrogHops provides no developer account. Apple iCloud key-value storage and WatchConnectivity between paired devices merge the highest level, records, cumulative hops, collectibles, gold balance, owned frogs, theme, frog selection, and related progress between an iPhone and Apple Watch using the same Apple account. Removing the app, erasing a device, disabling iCloud, or an Apple service outage may prevent local changes that have not yet merged from being recovered.
When you enable Apple Game Center, FrogHops may use GameKit to submit mode-specific leaderboard scores and achievements and to send or receive friend challenges on iPhone. Apple Watch offers Journey, Timed, and Endless; leaderboard and friend challenge interfaces are on iPhone. Apple operates Game Center under its terms, privacy policy, account status, regional availability, and parental controls. Offline play and temporary Game Center unavailability do not prevent local gameplay.
4. Use rules and intellectual property
You must not, directly or through another person:
- bypass security, signing, purchase, leaderboard, or fairness controls, or submit fabricated or automated scores;
- copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative versions except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- extract or redistribute app assets in bulk, or interfere with the normal operation of FrogHops, Game Center, the App Store, or another person’s device.
FrogHops code, characters, animation, interface, illustrations, audio, copy, and marks are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. This license does not transfer ownership of that content to you.
5. Updates, support, and responsibility
We may fix defects, tune balance, add content, adjust compatibility, or release new versions. Updates may require a newer iOS or watchOS version. Optional features may depend on Apple’s App Store, Game Center, network, or device capabilities and may be unavailable because of region, account, system settings, or service status.
We provide product support through support@nvwacity.com; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or technical support. To the extent permitted by law, we make no promise beyond legal requirements for Apple-service interruption, network failure, user error, or unsynchronized local progress outside our control. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Privacy, changes, and contact
Our data practices are described in the FrogHops Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms for feature or legal changes and will revise the date on this page. An update will not retroactively reduce existing consumer rights where the law prohibits that result.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute amicably. Where mandatory law permits, unresolved disputes will be submitted to a court with jurisdiction at the location of NvwaCity Tech Co., Ltd. Non-waivable consumer protections and statutory jurisdiction in your region remain unaffected.
